Mr Martin Matandirotya

Mr. Matandirotya has several years’ experience within the Banking, Events, Tourism
& Hospitality sector. He is an avid entrepreneur running businesses in the United
Kingdom & Zimbabwe. He is currently CEO of Murimi Fruiterers Zimbabwe & Murimi
Farmers Fresh Fruiterers UK. Martin is also an accomplished chef and runs a
Catering company. He holds a BA Hons Tourism & Business Management.

Ms. Ivy Kane Vice President

Ms. Kane is a well-respected Management Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the following fields, Marketing, Project Management, Public Relations, Event Management and Social Media. In Zimbabwe she has worked with companies and organisation within the private sector, NGOs, government ministries, trade organisations and USAID. She has an extensive network within Southern Africa and also works with small to medium enterprises on brand management and strategic marketing both in the UK & Southern Africa. She is a holder of BA Politics & Public Administration, BA Hons Public Health & Social Care and currently pursuing her Master’s degree.

Admire Maparadza Dube-Treasurer

Mr Dube is the current Head of Markets with the Southern African Times Business Desk, as well as a non-executive director with Ownum Capital PL, He has over 20 years of experience in senior management spanning banking, project management, wealth management, financial planning, the statutory environment, tax and customs procedures in Financial Services companies, FMCGS, Agribusiness, Banks and a Tax Authority. His career has taken him to four countries spread over three continents. He is a holder of an Honours Degree in Banking & Finance, MSc in Development Finance, a CFA Charter Holder and other controls and investments certificates. At present he is seized with PhD (Finance) studies with a London

Leonard Kachingwe-Legal Affairs

Mr. Kachingwe was called to the English Bar in 2010 after graduating with a Bachelor & Masters in Laws in England. He has a broad- based practice specialising in international law, criminal law, cross-border disputes, commercial, insolvency and trust ligation.

Tinotenda Chimsoro-Executive Member

Mr Chimsoro is a Miner and Mining Consultant for Nangfang International which is a Chinese consortium and he is also Head of Aquisitions for Chasecore Resources. He returned to Zimbabwe and started working as a Mining Consultant and Gold Buying for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ). He has been involved in the setting up of tantalite, gold and chrome mines, and also developing residential stands in Kwekwe. Mr Chimsoro is also playing a key role in policy development which will benefit local Zimbabweans. He holds a qualification in Information Systems.

Memory Machirimba-Executive Member

Miss. Machirimba is an Accounting and Finance graduate along side her career in Customer Care and Finance consulting in the UK, she also passionate about women empowerment and runs her own organisation that empowers young women and children.

Godfrey Mushandu-Executive Member

Mr Mushandu is a Healthcare Consultant and Freight Forwarder. He is also the Founder of GM Education foundation Zimbabwe and Repostionyoself.com. He is also an avid business man running several companies in the UK and Zimbabwe since 2006 in Cargo & Freight, Import & Export of FMCGs, Tourism and IT. He is also chairman of Maranatha Assemblies of God International. He is a holder of a Degree in Agricultural Crop Science, Distinction Degree in Leadership & Management (Social Care) and a Chartered Manager.

Glorianne Francis-Executive Member

Miss Francis hails from an nursing and medical fields and has had an extensive career in Forensic Psychiatry and Management. She is multi-award winning, dynamic leader, philanthropist and inspirational speaker. Strategist, relationship builder, and communications professional dedicated to promotion of positive / creative thinking with strong focus on Africa. She is also recognised among the first 100 influential black entrepreneurs in Britain with extensive experience in Entertainment & Sports management. She is also a keen Crypto Enthusiast.

Kudzai Karoro-Executive Member

Mr. Karoro currently works as the Liaison & Protocol Officer at the Embassy of Palestine in Ireland including running a healthcare recruitment company. In Zimbabwe he runs businesses in Procurement in the Healthcare and Agriculture sector. Mr Karoro is a former Secretary General AAG for Mashonaland West.

Gumboreshumba Kudakwashe Derera-Executive Member

Mr Derera is a Professional filmmaker, producing content for Local Authorities,NHS,Public Health Dept UK and Corporates.He is a Director of a Social Enterprise that fosters a Town-Twinning agreement between Masvingo and Middlesbrough.He is also a Director of Triple R Solutions based in Zimbabwe,a Waste-to-Energy and Waste Management Company.Mr Derera manages his growing business ventures in Zimbabwe in the following sectors: Commercial Biogas, Travel & Tourism and Agriculture working in partnership with UK embassy in Zimbabwe, ZimTrade, International Trade Centre, UKTP linking small scale farmers in Zimbabwe to markets in the UK, for horticultural products and raising awareness on ESA (Eastern and Southern African States -United Kingdom ) EPA(Economic Partnership Agreement.

James Manomano-Executive Member

Mr. Manomano is an Accountant who has worked in the Retail, Sports & Leisure, Aviation and Health sectors. His experience in finance brought him to the realisation that real wealth is not in paper money but in the ownership of natural resources, factors of production and ownership of the value chain. He is passionate about sharing this with young people and to also help them appreciate and value the uniqueness in their history.

Ben Muchenje-Executive Member

Mr Muchenje has held a career as a Gas Engineer for over twenty plus years. During his time in the United Kingdom he opened a company under the auspice of the Prince’s Trust and completed various gas engineering projects in the UK and Europe. He is also a pioneer who migrated to Zimbabwe in 2017 when the new dispensation came into power to play his part in building the economy. Mr. Muchenge opened up two companies, a gas plant specialising in LPG and other industrial gases and a Poultry equipment company. He also holds a BA and DA in Television & Film form the University of Witwatersrand.
